Surveco was contracted by Uganda National Roads Authority to provide Consultancy services for land Acquisition for LOT3- 66km Kamwenge-Fort portal Road in western Uganda. This involved putting into play a cross section of professionals including; Land Surveyors, Land Valuers, Attorneys and Sociologists.
Post Bank Uganda has a country wide package which aims at providing its clients with financing for securing Land Titles. Surveco is therefore contracted to carry out this exercise for the Districts of Jinja, Kamuli, Iganga, Mayuge, Namutumba, Bugiri. Survco has so far Successfully handled this assignment since 2009 and it is ongoing.
Surveco was contracted by Warid Telecom to survey all its Mast sites in Uganda. Large amounts spatial data was obtained from this exercise which called for an appropriate means of managing all these data. Surveco simplified this by creating shape files mapping all the site locations within Uganda. To further leverage it`s importance to the client, shape files of district boundaries were put into use. This was successfully completed in 2000
Consultancy Services for environmental Impact assessment (EIA) and Ressetlemment action Plan(RAP) for 33kv distribution Lines for three gulu-Acholibur and Tee-Off Paicho-Patiko-Palaro (175km) and Opeta-Achokara and Tee-Off Iceme-Otwal (45 km) Electrification Project under Energy for Rural transformation Phase II.
Surveco was contracted to set out the plans as designed by the architects on the above project. This involved setting out buildings on ground in their correct absolute and relative positions, and to their correct dimensions.
Surveco was contracted by Uganda National Roads Authority to provide Consultancy services for land Acquisition for 74km Mukono Kisoga Nyenga Road in central Uganda. This involved putting into play a cross section of professionals including; Land Surveyors, Land Valuers, Attorneys and Sociologists. The Project necessitated identifying and compensating the affected persons, Carrying out Boundary Sub division, setting out the Road Reserve, mapping the affected properties and processing the Land title for the entire road strip. This 90% of the work is complete
